For security reasons, we can't have accounts logged in for an indefinite period of time. However for frequent users we know it can be nice not logging in all the time. Below are our session management policies, so you understand how our platform security works.
Standard session (no 'keep me logged in' selected)

A standard login session will stay open until there has been no interaction for 4 hours
- After 4 hours inactivity, you will be logged out automatically
''Keep me signed in on this device'

Selecting 'keep me signed in on this device' won't keep you signed in indefinitely, but will extend your session to 7 days
- In other words, you will stay logged in until there has been 7 days of inactivity, at which point you will be logged out automatically.
Please note, you may 'log out' of your account by choice at any time.
If you are sharing a computer or device, we recommend you always log out of your Mycare account.
