When and how your Mycare worker will be paid.
When is the Mycare payroll?
Mycare’s payroll goes out on a Wednesday every week. The weekly pay run includes any visits performed with a start date/time before Sunday midnight. These must be submitted and approved by midnight Monday to be included in the payroll.
How do visits get approved?
Auto-Approval
If you rely on the 24hr auto-approval your worker will have to submit by midnight Sunday for those visits to be included.
Manual Approval
For visits that need to be manually approved (edited visits or submitted later than midnight Sunday) this needs to be done before midnight Monday.
If you allow your worker to book you will need to approve ALL visits by midnight Monday.
What happens if visits are late?
If the visits are submitted or approved late they will be paid in the following week’s pay run. Make sure to book visits in advance and approve in time, to reduce the chances of this happening.
