Add and switch user profiles

You can manage multiple profiles within a single account, making it easier to organise care for multiple people, or perhaps offer your services for work at the same time.-

Once logged into Mycare, your user menu displays all current profiles you have, and allows you to add new profiles.

Accessing your user menu:

  • On desktop: clieck the three dots in the bottom left-hand corner to open the user menu (see image below)

  • On mobile: Tap the three lines in the top right hand corner, then scroll to the bottom

Adding Profiles

Open the user menu. Depending on your current profiles already set up, you will have relevant options as to what other profiles you may add (for example, you may only have one worker profile per user).

Switching between profiles

  • Switching profiles:

    • User the user menu to switch between profiles (e.g. care worker, organiser, loved one).  Select the profile you desire, then 'switch'.
  • Default profile:

    • The default profile on login will be the first account you set up
    • To change the default, select the star icon next to the preferred profile

Profile Credentials and Details

  • All profiles use the same login credentials

  • Payment details and profile-specific information are managed separately
  • Changes to account-level details (e.g. your name, date of birth) will update across all relevant profiles.
