On Mycare, you have the ability to organise the care for multiple loved ones all on one account.
If you have an organiser account on Mycare you can use the same log in to help multiple loved ones or clients. To add other loved one profiles follow the steps below:
- On the top right select the profile picture icon (or three lines on mobile)
- Select 'More profiles'
- Under Support, select 'Add loved one'
- Fill in the loved ones details
Once created, you will have access to all your loved ones' profiles and your organiser account.
Each time you log in you will be on the landing screen to choose which account you would like to use.
You can then use the same 'More profiles' button to toggle between accounts.
