What if a worker suggests booking care and making payments outside Mycare to avoid paying fees?

Our platform fees enable us to continue to grow the Mycare community and deliver innovative technology and solutions for the benefit of clients and independent support workers using our platform. We have made every effort to ensure our fees are reasonable for the services offered on the Mycare platform.

Booking care and making payments through the Mycare platform ensures there is a transparent record of all visits and payments made, there is a legal contract for service, and no payment has to exchange hands personally. 

Also note that if transactions occur off platform, workers are not covered by the insurance policies arranged on their behalf by Mycare and we can no longer assist with any relationship matters.

To protect our community, if a worker or client arranges (or tries to arrange) payment outside the platform their account may be closed or deleted. For further details see our Terms of Service
