Client & Contract Management

How to manage your clients and contracts within your Mycare account

Client Page

The Clients page in the left hand menu is your central place to manage client relationships.  it contains three main sections:

Clients

Here is a list of all clients that you have had a contract with (or they have invited you).  Old clients that meet this criteria will also be here (although you can remove them for housekeeping).

Features:

  • View and manage clients you are actively working with (or have in the past)

  • Chat with the client/care organiser

  • View visits or contracts associated with this client

You may remove a client from your Clients area, as long as there are no open visits or contracts with them.  But sure to finish all responsibilities and administration here before removing.

Favourites

Here you will see all Job Listings that you have favourited from the 'Find Jobs' search page.  This can be helpful if you want to browse listings and favourite the ones you are interested in, perhaps applying later in the day.

Favourites will only show Open Listings, so be sure to act quickly on any favourited jobs before they expire or are filled.

My Applications

Here you will see any current listings that you have applied for, or have been contacted about by clients.

From here you can link directly to the job listing or chat with the client, and you can also 'reject' a listing that is no longer suitable for you.

Contract Page

The Contracts page in the left hand menu gives an overview of all contracts you have with clients.

Viewing Contracts

  • Active: Currently open and have past or future bookings

  • Pending: Contract created and bookings exist, but you have not yet accepted or declined the booking
  • Closed: Past contracts that have been closed by you or your client

Managing Contracts

For reach contract you can:

  • View contract details

  • If unsigned, you may sign or decline a contract
  • Close the contract (provided there are no open visits - all must be declined or paid for a contract to be closed)
