Mycare Contracts

Once you and your client have agreed to start working together, the client will start the booking process.

Contracts and Why They Are Important


When the client creates this first booking it will create a clear and professional contract between you both, ensuring transparent agreements every time. Having a contract is important as it protects both the client and the worker. A contract prevents either party from going back upon agreed-upon rates of pay and terms and conditions.

Our contract includes information like; payments, and tax payments as you are an independent contractor, following Mycare's Terms and Services and worker and client obligations.If no contract is made on Mycare between you and your worker then you are not liable to receive insurance or the assistance of the Mycare team for conflict resolution or property damage.

The contract will be digitally signed, this will need to be done before you submit your first visit. No paperwork or printing is needed.


Can I have multiple Contracts?


Yes, you can have multiple contracts. They can be different pay rates with the same client or contracts with different clients.

Where do I view my contracts?

  1. Go into the 'Contracts' tab
  2. You will see all contracts you have had on Mycare, and can filter those that are active vs pending vs closed.
