Finding Workers on Mycare
How to search our active workers and reach out to them about your job
Workers are only visible to you on our platform once they have completed all our Trust and Safety steps, including Police Vetting.
Once you have published a job listing, you may wait for workers to apply for your role or you may search the database and send a message to any workers that you believe may be a good fit.
Find Workers page
On the left hand menu, Find Workers allows you to find and send a message (we call this an 'Opportunity' to any workers that you think may be a good match.
The Mycare map will default to a search radius based on your address, this will be a larger radius in rural areas so that you see more workers. You can increase or decrease the search area using the +/- or physically moving the map.

Default sorting of workers is by proximity (i.e. closest workers to you). You may change this for other sorting options in the top right corner of the worker cards - perhaps you want to sort by 'New Workers' to stay updated on local workers that have recently joined.
