How to invite workers to Mycare

You may want to book a worker you already know through the Mycare platform. See below on how to easily connect these workers and start booking.

  1. Go to the 'Care Workers' page in the left hand menu of your Mycare dashboard.
  2. In the top right hand, select 'Invite worker'.
  3. Add the worker's full name and email address and send the invite.
  4. The worker will then be sent the information needed to sign up or log in.
  5. You can then start booking your invited worker right away.

Note: If the worker already has a Mycare account, you will be able to book them straight away. If they are new to the Mycare platform, then you will have to give them time to accept the invitation and add their details (including bank account details) before you can begin booking them.

 

All workers on Mycare are working as independent contractors, even if they have been invited. Please ensure your worker has the appropriate work visa to work as a contractor before inviting them (note student visas are not eligible to work as a contractor).

Invited workers will not be police vetted through our platform unless they choose to be available for further work.  If police vetting is important to you, you will have to request this directly from your invited worker.
