How to invite workers to Mycare

You may want to use your own workers through the Mycare platform. See below on how to easily connect these workers and start booking.

  1. Go to the 'Workers' tab 
  2. Select 'Invite worker
  3. Add the worker's name and email 
  4. Your worker will then be sent the information needed to sign up or log in
  5. You can then start booking your invited worker right away

Note: If the worker already has a Mycare account, you can still use the Invite Worker function to link your account. Just make sure to use the same email as their Mycare profile. 

 

All workers on Mycare are working as independent contractors, even if they have been invited. Please ensure your worker has the appropriate work visa to work as a contractor before inviting them (note student visas are not eligible to work as a contractor).
