Copy Week Function

Easily copy weeks or set up so your worker can book the visits.

How to use copy week?

If you regularly schedule support workers for the same time, the copy week feature is a valuable tool to streamline your booking process. This function allows you to easily "copy and paste" a week of previous visits and apply them to future weeks, saving you time and effort.

You will need to have set up a week's worth of visits to be able to use the copy week function

  1. Go to your Visits tab on the left hand menu
  2. Select Copy week

  3. Select the week you would like to copy from, and the week(s) you would like to copy these visits to.  You may copy up to 5 weeks ahead (please note if you pay via bank deposit or credit card you will be charged at the time of these bookings).  You can copy all workers or just some, so please select the workers you would like to copy

  4. Once selected you will be able to delete some of the visits using the garbage can icon (if you don't want to copy them all).  You won't be able to change times, but you can go into the individual visits and change times after copying if you choose.
  5. Press 'Copy' and you are complete.

Allowing the worker to book visits

If you are struggling to find the time to book visits, there is also a feature that enables you to allow one or more of your workers to book their own visits.  Essentially they create a 'timesheet' of their visits for you to approve.

You will need to manually approve these visits before each Monday at 11.59 pm, for workers to be paid in the next pay round.

Manual approval helps to make sure you are still aware of what is being completed and paid for each week.

To access this feature, click on ‘Care Workers’ on your menu tab, under each worker, there will be a toggle to 'Allow Booking' you will need to slide this to show purple.
