At Mycare, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and, where applicable, the Health Information Privacy Code 2020.
This policy applies to all users of the Mycare website and platform (www.mycare.co.nz).

- Health and care services provided
- NHI numbers of client reference numbers
- Funding and assessment information
How We Use Health Information
We collect and use health information only where necessary to:
- Co-ordinate care and support services
- Facilitate users listings, making bookings and maintaining service records
- Enable payments
- Meet funding, audit and regulatory requirements
- Ensure safety, quality and accountability

- Other users directly involved in care and support services
