How to update availability and hide my profile?

Sometimes our circumstances change. No matter what your situation, Mycare works best when your availability is kept up to date.

Update your availability

1. On the left hand menu select 'Profile' and then the 'Profile' tab.

2. Click 'next' to get to the 'Service Details' page, where you can update your availability.  Once updated click 'Next' until the profile is 'Complete'.

 

Remember to update your availability and profile regularly.

Unpublish your profile if you're not available

On the left-hand menu select 'Profile'. 

At the top of the 'Profile' tab is a toggle for 'Publish My Profile'.

You can turn visibility of your profile on and off here as much as you choose.

Many of our workers unpublish their profile if they are too busy, or are currently working in a full time role, and then come back and publish when their circumstances change.
