# Why has no one applied for my listing?

## You may not be getting much interest in your listing. Here are a few things to look out for, and what we can do to help.

### **Your Listing Content**

Does your listing have enough information? An appropriate rate for what is needed? Is there enough time to get the tasks completed? Is it a job that is worthwhile for people to take on?

Re-looking into your listing and pay rate can often help with making it more appealing to workers.

### **Your Location**

Mycare is nationwide, but that may not guarantee active workers in your area. We recommend looking out of your suburb or town and considering paying mileage if the worker has a longer distance to travel.

### **Worker Availability**

Remember Mycare is a digital marketplace, and the worker numbers often fluctuate. New workers sign up every day, so it is best practice to check in again if you were not successful the first time.
