Our Payment Report enables you to have an easy overview of the visits and payments you have had from Mycare.
There are many reasons you may want to check your payment report. To see what visits have gone through to payment or what visits were a part of the latest pay run. Mycare has all this information at your fingertips on the Payments tab of your account. Here's how to get the most out of this report:
Payments tab
Go to the Payments tab. Here you will see your most recent visits and payments.
Payment Types
- Visits - The individual visits that have been submitted and approved. This is shown in green in the 'Amount' section. Select 'View Visit’ to see more details.
- Payment - Payroll amount, you will see this every week that there are worked visits.
Payment Report
Sometimes you may need an account statement for a specific period. To get this, click on the Report tab. You can then enter a specific date range. Select ‘Print’ and ‘Save as PDF’. You can use this area for pay summaries.
You can set the dates in the future but be aware that it only shows visits that have been approved, not for visits that have been booked but not completed yet.
