# What does Mycare cost?

## It is free to sign up and create a listing, a small platform fee is only introduced once you find a support worker and start booking.

It is free to sign up and create a listing on Mycare. Once you have found a great support worker and agree to work together your cost will be:

 **(a)** the hourly rate as agreed between you and the worker + **(b)** a 10% of the agreed rate platform fee payable to Mycare.

If you wish to reimburse your worker mileage or expenses, these can be paid to them via Mycare also (with a smaller 5% platform fee).

### **What Does the Mycare Platform Fee Cover?**

- The running and continuous improvement of the Mycare platform.
- Access to our database of quality contract workers
- A digitally signed contract between you and the worker
- Insurance for workers
- Weekly payroll and Individualised Funding claims processes
- Friendly support of the Mycare Customer Success Team should you need it
